Who it is for

Junior players who need a real tennis outsole and lateral support rather than a running shoe. All-court tread.

Why it works

A durable all-court outsole handles hard-court abrasion and multi-directional loading.

Watch-outs

This is a standard last. A roomy standard fit is not the same as a true wide size; if you take a 2E/4E, look for a model that lists one.

Strengths

Durable all-court outsole
Neutral upper

Trade-offs

Heavier than pure speed shoes
